    The EVANNEX CCS1 Adapter for Tesla Owners will allow you to charge your Tesla Model S, 3, X, or Y (CCS-enabled Teslas after Oct 2021) with any fast charging plug standard in North America (CCS1). Great accessory for road trips or in case of any charging emergency.

    Up to 250 Amps of maximum current and a maximum operating voltage of 500-1000V DC. The adapter is made of high-quality materials. Making it a great add-on accessory for your Tesla. 

     

    How to confirm whether your vehicle supports CCS? 

    Note: Tesla vehicles before Oct. 2021 come without CCS ENABLED.

    1st. Start your Tesla and open settings

    2nd. Go to 'Software'

    3rd. Open 'Additional vehicle information'

    4th. 'CCS adapter support: Enabled'

    Overheat automatic kill switch

    This CCS1 Charging adapter will not allow the adapter to overheat. The integrated sensors inside the adapter will stop the charging process if it detects excessive heat until the adapter drops to ambient temperature.

    Installation

    First, connect the EVANNEX Charging Adapter to the CCS1 DC charging connector. Make sure the adapter snaps into place.

    Then connect the plug with the EVANNEX Charging adapter to your Tesla (vehicle must support CCS).

    Wait a few seconds for the car to recognize the adaptor.

    Installation is complete.

    Note: When you are finished charging your Tesla we recommend stopping the charge and unlocking the plug using the car display screen or phone APP, Please do not disconnect the CCS1 handle directly from the vehicle charging port.
